About Germán Villalobos, PE, MBA
Germán Villalobos is a pioneer of advanced manufacturing technologies implementation for profits and savings improvement. Germán is a robotics and AI expert for manufacturing, a business Socratic advisor for executive and business leaders, a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an author.
Driven by the goal to robotize México and Latin America, Germán worked for more than 30 years within the top robot, automation, and industrial coating companies, starting with NORGREN as Engineering and Application Manager, in FANUC as Key Account Manager, in NORDSON as General Manager - Monterrey Plant, in KUKA as Director - Sales & Marketing, in COMAU as Head of Robotics - Mex, and in YASKAWA as General Manager.
From 2017 to present, Germán has directed robotics engineering projects focusing on Robot Programming & AI solutions for many companies; has advised CEO's and Directors for advanced technology strategies for manufacturing; has been Keynote Speaker in industrial shows, universities, industrial chambers, and private company events, and written articles for international readers.

In addition to his business work, Germán has the cause of defending democracy, and of providing the youth the tools and knowledge of science, technology, and business for a prosperous future by teaching as Associate Professor in Tecnológico de Monterrey and writing notes in his blog.
Germán holds a BSc degree in Industrial Robotics Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and PE licensure, an MBA in Business Strategy from EGADE Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Leadership diploma from Harvard Extension School, and a certification in AI business school for manufacturing from Microsoft.
